Welcome to Erhan Maintenance And Estate Cleaning Service
The business was started in early 2012 as a sole proprietor, and in 2014 we register the company. We are proud of our outstanding quality of work and are also very happy to live our dream and hobby, namely gardening and the outdoors, to create employment and also to turn other people gardens and corporate companies businesses into a paradise!
Our Vision
Our Vision is creating unique environments and therefore we work together with our clients and tailor our services to best suit the client. We have large well-known Estates, Hotels, Wine Cellars and restaurants on our books. We also have individual gardens that we clean on a daily basis.
Our Company
Our offices are situated in the beautiful village, Franschhoek. We have two very experienced ladies in the office that see to our daily smooth running of the teams and customer service.
Our Managing Director and main shareholder Mr Erns Du Plessis, is on site every day to ensure service excellence. Our team of 5 very experienced and loyal Senior Team leaders assist him in this task.
Our teams never work without senior supervision
To ensure outstanding service and quality to our clients we have a staff of 90 permanent employees.
Our company is registered and adhere to all government legislation in terms of labour laws, health and safety, workmen’s compensation, levies, VAT and Taxes.
We care greatly about our staff and therefore spend a lot of time and effort on training and also onsite medical tests.
